Returns & Refunds Policy
We like to treat our customers how, “we like to be treated” and have a simple no fuss return or exchange policy. Before returning any product please contact us on 02 6689 5703 or email jj@rockycreekdesigns.com.au.
Change of Mind Returns
We will offer you a refund or exchange for most purchases provided that:
- you produce a proof of purchase
- the product including all accessories and packaging is in its original condition; and
- the item is unused and unworn.
Please note that delivery fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Before returning any products, please contact us on 02 6689 5703 or email jj@rockycreekdesigns.com.au to arrange the return of the product and a replacement or refund.
Faulty Products
Our goods come with guarantees. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Please note that this does not include the misuse, abnormal use or abuse, of a product. In such cases we may require you to reimburse us for any costs that we may have incurred, including the cost of transport of the product.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to offer to repair the goods and not offer a refund or return.
Many items will come with an additional manufacturer’s warranty as indicated in the documentation provided with the relevant goods. Should you wish to make any claim under a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend that you do so directly to the relevant manufacturer. We are happy to assist you with an enquiry of this nature.
